The effect it had on the Alantic Charter was that they had been Lending and leasing arms but it was hard to trade, so the charter made Free Trade so it was easier to trade arms.

The lend-lease act was created in 1941, this allowed the president to lend or lease arms to any country important to the united states. This allowed the U.S to supply Great Britain with weapons and supplies to fight off german forces. Later while a U.S navy boat was escorting british ships that were carrying U.S arms hitler ordered his submarines to sink any cargo ships they met. Then a German U-boat fired on a U.S destroyer and Roosevelt ordered U.S navy commanders to fire on any German U-boats they saw. This did not get the U.S involved in the war, the U.S were brought into the war when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.

The purpose of the Lend-Lease Act was for the president to lend or lease arms to other countries along with supplies to help feed another country (vital to the United States) or other such things. In the summer of '41 the U.S. was escorting British ships with U.S. arms. Hitler didn't like that this idea so he ordered Subs to attack, and sink any cargo ships they came across.
Even though the U.S. wasn't in the war yet Roosevelt and Churchill met privately to form and issue the Atlantic Charter.
The Lend-Lease act would affect the Atlantic Charter because the Germans may or may not mistake a passenger ship for a cargo one, thus endangering hundreds, perhaps thousands of people.
A German U-Boat attacked a U.S. Destroyer in the Atlantic Ocean, in response to that attack President Roosevelt ordered his navy to attack any german ship on site. The United States was now involved in an undeclared naval war with none other than Hitler.

The purpose of the Lend-Lease Act was to allow the president to lend or lease weapons and other supplies to any country important to the United States. This act had a great impact on the Atlantic Charter and United States involvement in World War II. Because the U.S. wasn't involved in the war yet, President Roosevelt met secretly with Winston Churchill. Churchill was a leader of Great Britain, which was an important country to the U.S. This brought on the Atlantic Charter, which allowed freedom for trade among nations and the right of people to choose their own government. Because the United States was aiding the allies, Germany fired at the U.S. in the Atlantic. This brought the United States into the war; undeclared against Germany.

The lend-lease act helped the United States to be more powerful and more of a threat. The Americans and the British joined forces to go up against the Japanese and Germans. Later on, the united states issued a declaration called the Atlantic Charter. Meaning the United States could freely trade with any nation. The Germans did not want to united states to trade to countries like britain, so they sunk every ship they saw that was not their own. This made the United States very angry.

The purpose of the Lend-Lease Act is the president can only lend or lease weapons to countries vital to the United States. This lead to the Atlantic Charter that said nations are free to trade whatever they want. This made the Germans angry so they sunk every ship they saw because they wanted to keep the United States out of the war. This made the United States angry because they already said they didn't want to be in the war.

The Lend-Lease acts was created in 1941, to allow the president to lend and lease arms or other supplies to any country vital to the U.S. This let the United States give weapons to Britain to fight off Germany. This made the United States get involved in WW1.

The purpose of the Lend-Lease act was to sell fire arms and goods to other countries across the world that were vital to the United States. So,in this process the U.S Navy would escort the British ships. Also,if it wasn't for the lend-lease act then Hitler would of had the ability to control what kind of government his people of Britain had and their trade, foremost their money. The lend-lease act slowed down the attempt for Germany to over power Britain in the war. But, then again if it wasn't for the lend-lease act Germany wouldn't of had a reason to attempt an attack.

The Lend Lease Act was a big impact on WW2, because if it wasn't for the United States, lending them guns and supplies, the British would have been demolished by the Germans. If it wasn't for the Lend Lease Act then Hitler and Germany would have taken over and controlled everything. If there wasn't a Lend Lease Act, Hitler would have had no reason to attack the U.S. The United States was neutral then the Lend Lease Act also lead up to the bombing of Pearl Harbor, which brought United States into World War 2.

The Lend-Lease Act had a purpose for the United States. This act was passed in 1941 so that the president could lend or lease any arms and supplies to countries that were important, or vital, to the United States. The Lend-Lease Act also had an impact on the Atlantic Charter, which was a declaration made by Roosevelt and Churchill. It led to nations to be able to trade freely, and it created the right for people to be able to choose their own government, due to the president previously lending supplies and arms to vital countries. The Lend-Lease Act also had an impact with the United States in WWII. Because the Americans could now freely trade to other countries, they were trading with Great Britain, which angered Germany. As a result, the Germans started firing at U.S. ships, which caused the United States to become involved in an undeclared war.

In 1935-1937 the U.S. congress passed a law to lend or lease arms or supplies to allies. But in 1939 the lend-lease act was passed. The purpose of this act was that if U.S. allies needed help they could give them supplies and weapons without being brought into the war. In a meeting between Roosevelt and Churchil a joint declaration was created where there could be free trade and people had the right to choose their government. On september 4 the U.S. was involved in a was that was undeclared. The united states would later join the war the war when Japan declares war on the U.S.

The purpose of the lend-lease act was so the president could lend and lease arms and what not to any country vital to the US. Which led Roosevelt and Churchill to make the Atlantic Charter, which upheld free trade between nations and the right to chose your government. The US joined the war when Japan bombed pearl harbor.

The lend-lease act impacted the Atlantic Charter quite a bit, it let other countries buy U.S. made arms but had to pay in cash and ship them out of the country themselves. This caused Germany to get angry and then Hitler told German subs to fire on any cargo ships they seen and destroy them. Then a German U-boat fired on a U.S. destroyer. Although the U.S. didn't declare war they fought back.

The purpose of the Lend-Lease Act was for the United States to aid the Allies and keep themselves from being drawn into the war. Under this act the United States could sell and lease weapons to the Allies. Then the Allies would pay the U.S. and then carry the weapons on their own ships. Then the United States passed a joint declaration called the Atlantic Charter. The charter upheld free trade among nations and right to choose your government. Then, German ships fired at U.S. ships on the Atlantic. President Roosevelt ordered all U.S. ships to shoot down German ships, starting undeclared naval warfare.

The purpose of the Lend-Lease act, is so the United States could not get firearms to other country's that were in war. And germans were getting mad cause U.S. has been trading guns for money with nations @ war. Germany got mad and declared war with U.S. (thats the affect)
